Swim team: The Dolphins
We welcome new swimmers!
Our summer swim team runs from the beginning of June through the middle of July. We want our swimmers to have an opportunity to improve their swim techniques and speed while making new friends and having fun!
Swim team practice will begin on June 10 at:
- 9:00 AM for 11 and up
- 10 AM for 10 and under
Practices will be held at the Community pool on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Wednesday and Friday practices will be at SSA.
In 2021, the Seaford Swimming Association and the Seaford Community Swim Center teams combined into one team, allowing us to compete in more relays for all swimmers!
The Seaford Swimming Association is a member of the Delmarva Swim Association. Qualifying swimmers will be invited to swim in the Delmarva Swim Association Championships, which is typically held at the end of July.
Volunteer
Swim team is a family effort, and families really enjoy this time with their children; however, we need volunteers to pull off a swim meet.
Labor Day Picnic
Join us at 1:00 pm on Labor Day for a picnic. We will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, lemonade, and tea. Bring a covered dish/dessert to share.
The pool closes at 4 pm.
